[0001] B13574EN - 3675 1.EN 1 TILT TILT ADJUSTMENT DEVICE FOR MOTOR VEHICLE SEAT The present description relates generally to motor vehicle seats and, more particularly, to a device for adjusting the inclination of a motor vehicle seat. back of a seat for a motor vehicle. This description applies more particularly to foldable folders, usually the rear seat backs. State of the Prior Art Folding backs for car seat are generally hinged at the bottom so that they can be folded forward and allow a flat floor of the rear space. These records are most often fitted to the second-row or third-row rear seats of the 15 motor vehicles. When in the position of use (raised position), they are sometimes equipped with mechanisms allow an adjustment of the angle of inclination of the backrest to improve the comfort of the passenger. Document DE 10 2007 028500 describes a mechanism of this type in which the inclination of the backrest can be adjusted in two positions, the backrest being equipped with a fork whose end co-operates with transverse pins, carried by a fastener fixed to the cockpit. Document JPH07117538 describes a folding backrest 5 in which a hook-shaped latch, carried by the backrest, cooperates with a buckle carried by a fastener linked to the passenger compartment. SUMMARY It would be desirable to have a motor vehicle seat back tilt adjustment mechanism which allows fine adjustment, i.e., which allows multiple tilt angles in a range. given. One embodiment aims to provide a tilt adjustment device for a vehicle seat back that overcomes all or part of the disadvantages of known devices. Another embodiment aims a solution allowing several positions of adjustment of the inclination of the backrest. [0002] Another embodiment is a mechanism compatible with seat folding. Another embodiment is a solution that is compatible with a flat floor without protruding obstacle of the folder. [0003] Another embodiment is a motorizable solution. Thus, an embodiment provides a device for adjusting the inclination of a backrest for a motor vehicle seat, comprising an adjusting element that is movable in translation relative to the passenger compartment of the vehicle and carrying, at one end, an element of holding intended to be engaged in an opening of the back of the file. According to one embodiment, the holding element is intended to cooperate with a locking element of the backrest in a position of use. [0004] 3028464 B13574EN - 3675 1.EN 3 According to one embodiment, the adjustment element is a plate carrying a rack intended to cooperate with a pinion connected to the passenger compartment. According to one embodiment, said plate comprises an oblong slot and is movable in translation, with respect to the passenger compartment, along a path defined by this light. According to one embodiment, the adjustment element is a threaded rod. According to one embodiment, the movement of said adjusting member is motorized. One embodiment provides a device for maintaining a motor vehicle seat back relative to the vehicle's interior, comprising: a locking mechanism provided with a striker on the backrest side and a striker strand on the passenger side ; and an inclination adjusting device, wherein said holding member is constituted by the striker thread of the locking mechanism. An embodiment provides a motor vehicle 20 having a tilt adjustment device. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS These and other features and advantages will be set forth in detail in the following description of particular embodiments in a non-limiting manner in relation to the accompanying figures in which: FIG. 1 is a side view schematic of an embodiment of a seat for a motor vehicle equipped with a device for adjusting the inclination of its backrest, in a first position of inclination of the backrest; Figure 2 is a side view showing the backrest in a second recline position; Figure 3 is a side view showing the back partially folded; Figure 4 is a side view, partly in section, of a latch seat as described in JPH07117538; Figure 5 is a perspective view of the latch of Figure 4; Figure 6 is a perspective view of a more detailed embodiment of the device of Figures 1 to 3; Figure 7 is a partial view of the device of Figure 6; Figure 8 is a partial view of a variant of the device of Figure 6; Figure 9 is a perspective view illustrating another embodiment of a tilt adjustment device of a folder; and FIG. 10 is a diagrammatic representation illustrating the inclination adjustment stroke of the backrest of FIG. 9. Detailed Description The same elements have been represented by the same references in the various figures. For the sake of clarity, only the elements useful for understanding the embodiments that will be described have been shown and will be detailed. In particular, the seat elements, other than the reclining device of the backrest, have not been detailed, the embodiments described being compatible with the usual solutions. In addition, the mechanism for unlocking the backrest and unlocking for a switch to a folded position has also not been detailed, the embodiments described being again compatible with the usual mechanisms. In the description which follows, when reference is made to absolute position qualifiers, such as the terms "forward", "backward", "up", "down", "left", "right", etc., or relative, such as the terms "above", "below", "higher", "lower", etc., or to quali fi cations such as "horizontal" or "horizontal". "," Vertical ", etc., reference is made to the orientation of the figures or a seat in a normal position of use thereof in the direction of ordinary progression of the vehicle. Unless otherwise stated, the terms "approximately", "substantially" and "in the order of" mean within 10%, preferably within 5%. Figure 1 is a side view of a seat for a motor vehicle equipped with an embodiment of a device for adjusting the inclination of the backrest, in a first reclining position of the backrest. Figure 2 is a view similar to that of Figure 1, in a second position of inclination of the folder. Figure 3 is a view similar to the views of Figures 1 and 2, with the backrest in a partially folded position. A seat for a motor vehicle generally consists of a seat 1 relative to which is articulated a backrest 2, if necessary surmounted by a headrest (not shown). The backrest is articulated to the seat (articulation 22) or articulated directly to the chassis of the vehicle. In the embodiments targeted by this description, the backrest is equipped with a locking mechanism (symbolized by an actuator 32) making it possible to release the backrest of a fastener to the passenger compartment in order to place it in the folded-down position (FIG. 3). Such an unlocking mechanism makes it possible to release a loading space at the rear of the seat, for example, for placing the trunk on a flat floor. The seat is, for example, a rear seat of second or third row, for example type two thirds, one third or type forty, twenty, forty. When the backrest is in the position of use (FIGS. 1 and 2), the locking mechanism cooperates with a locking element connected to the passenger compartment. In the example of Figure 1, this mechanism comprises a bolt (not visible in Figures 3028464 B13574EN - 3675 1.FR 6 1 to 3), backrest side, and a keeper thread 42 related to livable. The backrest 2 comprises, on the rear face, a hole 34 for receiving the striker thread 42, in which the bolt of the locking mechanism is movable between a position (as in FIGS. 1 and 5 2) where it blocks the striker thread 42 in the backrest 2 and a position (FIG. 3) where the striker thread 42 is free to move out of the backrest 2. In a conventional seat, the striker thread 42 is fixedly attached to the passenger compartment (for example, in the flanges side 10 dressing the chest). Figure 4 is a side view, partially in section, of a lock seat as described in JPH07117538. FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the latch of FIG. 4. As can be seen from these figures, the articulated backrest 82 (articulation 83) at the seat 81 incorporates a hook-shaped latch 84 whose base is hinged to the backrest (axis 85 parallel to the axis 83) and whose free end is intended to cooperate, in locked position, with a striker thread 86. The striker thread is fixed relative to the passenger compartment while being attached to a plate 87, itself attached to the body. A rod 88 connected to this free end and movable approximately parallel to the backrest is capable of being manually actuated to release the hook of the wire, against the force of a return spring 89 to the locked position and allow the tilting of the folder. In the locked position (wire 86, hooked by the latch 84), the wire is clamped between a stop 90 and the hook tip 84 so that the backrest 30 can not move relative to the passenger compartment. In the embodiment of Figures 1 to 3, the striker loop 42 is vertical so that the latch axis, (typically hook-shaped) actuated by the actuator 32, is approximately perpendicular to the axis. 22. However, the described embodiments are transposed without difficulty to the case of a striker wire whose loop is horizontal. According to the embodiment shown in Figures 1 to 3, the striker thread 42 is carried by a device 4 for adjusting the inclination of the seat, the function of which is to adjust the position of the striker thread relative to the cockpit. Thus, the striker wire 42 can take several positions and is movable back and forth to define the inclination of the seat. Figure 1 illustrates a first example of a position in which the backrest 2 has an inclined position behind. FIG. 2 illustrates a second example of a position in which the backrest 2 has a forward position (for example, an upright position). Figure 6 is a perspective view illustrating, in more detail, an embodiment of the device 4 for adjusting the inclination of the backrest. FIG. 7 is a partial perspective view illustrating internal details of the device 4. According to this embodiment, the striker yarn 42 is carried by a plate 44 of generally elongate shape and having an oblong slot 46. The light 46 is intended to cooperate with a metal insert (52, Figure 7) connected through a mounting plate 54 to the passenger compartment. The insert 52 has for example an oblong shape and serves as a guide in longitudinal sliding to the plate 44. Thus, the plate 44 is movable in translation relative to the insert 52, the amplitude of its displacement being fixed By the length of the light 46. Preferably, the insert 52 has a slightly curved shape corresponding to the curvature described by the top of the backrest as it tilts so that the striker yarn 42 is, whatever the tilt, always in the same position in the hole 34 of the folder. This makes it possible not to harm the cooperation of this striker thread 42 with the locking mechanism. [0005] 3028464 B13574EN - 3675 1.EN 8 A tilt adjustment function is therefore added to the backrest while preserving a locking mechanism for folding the backrest. According to a preferred embodiment, the device 45 is equipped with a motor 6 for driving the plate 44. The latter is equipped, for example, on its upper outer edge, with a rack 442 intended to cooperate with a toothed wheel 62 (visible in FIG. 7), driven in rotation by the motor 6. The motor 6 and the gearwheel 62 are preferably carried by the plate 54 fixed to the passenger compartment of the vehicle. FIG. 8 is a perspective view of an alternative embodiment in which the plate 44 'carrying the striker yarn 42 and provided with a rack 442 cooperating with the toothed wheel or pinion 62 does not surround the insert 52 but is limited to the upper part carrying the rack. The inclination range is determined by stops 444 (front) and 446 (rear) at the rack 442. We see that depending on the position of the plate 44, the striker thread 42 is more or less advanced, which adjusts the inclination of the seat back. In the example of FIG. 6, the mechanism comprises a housing 48 for covering masking the metal insert 52 as well as the toothed red 62. Inclination stops can be provided, for example, at the housing 48 (FIG. for example a rear leg engaged in the light 46), at the teeth of the rack 442, at the motor 6, etc. The control of the inclination, that is to say the control of the engine 6, is for example carried out using an electrical switch 30 accessible to the passenger. It may also provide a switch at the trunk of the vehicle to allow adjustment according to the load volume to be placed in the trunk. Figure 9 is a perspective view illustrating another embodiment of the device 4 'for tilting the backrest. [0006] Figure 10 is a diagrammatic representation illustrating the adjustment stroke in inclination of the backrest by representing two positions thereof. With respect to the embodiment of FIGS. 6 and 7, the motor 6 drives a threaded rod 44 'whose end, on the backrest side, carries the striker thread 42. The adjustment device 4' is, for example, carried by a Platen 48, itself linked to the passenger compartment 7. FIG. 10 further illustrates another form of looper strand loop 42 (triangular and non-rectangular). One might have thought of placing the striker wire on the backrest side. However, this would have the disadvantage of creating a protruding element of the back of the folder, which may hinder the use of space during a setting flat floor. [0007] In addition, the provision of striker thread 42 at one end of the plate 44 facilitates the integration of the mechanism in the passenger compartment and, more particularly, inside the interior of the vehicle cabin. An advantage of the embodiments that have been described is that the proposed tilting mechanism is compatible with existing devices carrying a striker strand on the vehicle's side and a locking mechanism on the backrest side. Another advantage is that the device is easily motorizable. Another advantage is the absence of obstacles when the file is flat floor. Another advantage lies in the simplicity of the device facilitating its manufacture and reducing the cost. [0008] Various embodiments have been described. Various variations and modifications will occur to those skilled in the art. In particular, the size of the light 46 of the plate 44, which conditions the capacity of angular adjustment of the backrest, depends on the application and the desired angular range. As a particular embodiment, this length is between 5 and 20 cm. In addition, it may be provided that the front end of the plate 44 carries a keeper member of another shape which is adapted to the locking mechanism integrated in the folder. Furthermore, although reference has been made to a rack carried by the outer edge of the plate 44, it may alternatively be provided with a gear wheel inside the light 46 or any other drive mechanism. In addition, the force of the drive motor of the plate 44 depends on the weight of the seat and the desired resistance in case of impact of a baggage, and will be chosen to comply with the standards in force. Moreover, different types of motorization can be provided, rack, motorcycle jack, etc. Finally, the practical implementation of the embodiments that have been described is within the abilities of those skilled in the art from the functional indications given above.
